CIGAR-ette City Inc(Sticks N Things).has been in business  since 1993, our customers must be 21 to buy tobacco products. Our web site will be a little different than others because of the our DBA name (Sticks N Things). "Sticks" is another name sometimes used to mean cigars. Stick is also an item used to play drums. We are going to mix the two items in this web site. We will be selling Vintage and New Drum Kits and Accessories as well as Humiders , fine cigars, cutters, and many other items such as Pipes.

"Dennis Chambers", world Famous Drummer with "Carlos Santana, a good friend of mine, does jazz events at Franks Place in Forest Hill, Md. 3 times a year. We have drum battles together. He and I are in pictures together through out the web site. He is endorsed by "Pearl Drum Company". Dennis is a smoker of fine cigars and represents us on this web site. Call us if you wish to return an item within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the item is in good condition, your refund will be for the full amount you originally paid. If any item is returned has some items missing, or used by you, we will subtract these items from the original purchase price.

We pay shipping charges for returns if the order was damaged when you received, or if there are imprefections. You have to pay the shipping if you decide that the item was not somthing you wanted, you could return and get a refund.
